TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR SEMINAR REGISTRATION AND PARTICIPATION

1. DEFINITIONS

1.1 “Event” refers to the seminar titled “The Real Estate Wealth Summit,” hosted by Oak Haven Homes AM Development Inc., scheduled for May 9-10, 2025.
1.2 “Participant” refers to any individual or entity registering for and/or attending the Event, either in-person or online.
1.3 “Host” refers to Oak Haven Homes AM Development Inc., including its employees, agents, contractors, and representatives.
1.4 “Agreement” refers to these Terms and Conditions.

2. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

2.1 By registering for the Event, the Participant acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement.
2.2 Any additional terms and conditions communicated to Participants in writing by the Host are incorporated herein by reference.

3. REGISTRATION AND PAYMENT

3.1 Registration Process
3.1.1 All registrations must be completed through the Host’s designated online platform.
3.1.2 Registration is deemed complete only upon receipt of full payment.

3.2 Payment Terms
3.2.1 The Host accepts payments via VISA, MasterCard, and through PayPal.
3.2.2 Payments by cheque, electronic transfer and cash may be accepted at the sole discretion of the Host and must be pre-approved in writing.

3.3 Non-Refundable Fees
3.3.1 All fees are non-refundable upon payment, including fees for Participants unable to attend for personal reasons.
3.3.2 The Participant waives any right to dispute charges for the Event once payment is confirmed.

3.4 Early-Bird Pricing
3.4.1 Early-bird pricing applies exclusively to payments made on or before March 15, 2025 and the discount offered to participates are number 1-25 post successful payment.
3.4.2 Standard rates apply post participant 26.

4. CANCELLATION AND RESCHEDULING

4.1 Host-Initiated Cancellation or Rescheduling
4.1.1 In the event of cancellation or rescheduling, the Host will retain all Participant payments.
4.1.2 All registrations will automatically be transferred to the rescheduled Event date.

4.2 Participant-Initiated Cancellations
4.2.1 No refunds or credits will be issued for cancellations by the Participant.

5. ATTENDANCE AND CAPACITY

5.1 Eligibility
5.1.1 Participants must be at least eighteen (18) years of age at the time of registration.
5.1.2 The Host reserves the right to verify the Participant’s eligibility.

5.2 Capacity
5.2.1 In-person attendance is limited to sixty (60) Participants.
5.2.2 Online attendance has no capacity restrictions.

6. CODE OF CONDUCT

6.1 Participants are required to adhere to the following:
6.1.1 Maintain a professional and respectful demeanor toward other Participants, speakers, and staff.
6.1.2 Refrain from harassment, solicitation, or distribution of unauthorized materials.
6.1.3 Comply with all venue rules and regulations.

6.2 The Host reserves the right to remove any Participant from the Event for violations of the Code of Conduct without issuing a refund.

7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

7.1 All Event content, including but not limited to presentations, handouts, and materials, is the sole intellectual property of the Host and its partners.
7.2 Unauthorized recording, reproduction, or distribution of Event content is strictly prohibited.

8. PRIVACY AND DATA USAGE

8.1 The Participant consents to the collection and processing of personal information for Event administration and marketing purposes, in accordance with applicable privacy laws, including PIPEDA.
8.2 Participants may opt out of receiving marketing communications by submitting a request to info@oakhavenhomes.ca.

9. PHOTOGRAPHY AND RECORDINGS

9.1 The Event will be photographed and recorded for promotional purposes.
9.2 By attending, the Participant consents to the use of their image, voice, and likeness.
9.3 Participants may opt out by notifying the Host in writing no later than forty-eight (48) hours prior to the Event.

10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

10.1 The Host shall not be held liable for:
10.1.1 Any personal injury or property damage incurred during the Event.
10.1.2 Financial losses resulting from reliance on seminar content.
10.2 The Participant agrees to indemnify and hold the Host harmless from any claims or damages arising from their actions.

11. GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION

11.1 This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ontario, Canada.
11.2 Any disputes arising from this Agreement shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Ontario.
